Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Reviews, Release Date and Price

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is already announced at IFA Berlin 2013 during the Samsung Unpacked Episode 2 event. The monster is officially released and the date has been set for September 25th. This is the shipping date and there is no official date for when pre-orders are accepted by carriers worldwide.

The main specs of Note 3 are the 5.7 inch 1080p Full HD Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 800 chipset with 2.3 quad-core Krait 400 for the LTE model or 1.9 GHz for Exynos Octa Core CPU for the non-LTE variant. That’s right, the Galaxy Note 3 will also come in multiple editions, just like the previous Galaxy S2, S3, S4 and Note 2 devices. The Galaxy Note 3 also features 3GB RAM, 32 GB / 64GB internal storage that’s expandable up to 64GB via external microSD.

It will run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for the moment. However, everyone waits for Google to launch their Android 4.4 KitKat OS and then we can speculate on whether the Note 3 will be updated to Android 4.4 or not. The official pricing of this device should be somewhere around $600 and around $200 for a two-year contract from all major US carriers.

Samsung says that they expect the Galaxy Note 3 to start shipping all over the world in October. In the US it will be available from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and US Cellular with each carrier adding their own edited TouchWiz and Android 4.3 interface. It comes with tons of new features and improvements to its overall UI, as you will from now be able to choose from three differently colored models: Jet Black, Classic White and Blush Pink.

The official release date for Samsung next ‘phablet’ is September 25 and more and more users are starting to search for websites where they can pre-order the device. All major US carriers should announce in the next few days more info about the availability of Galaxy Note 3 and pricing.
