Sony Xperia U is equipped with Dual-core 1GHz and GPU DB8500, as it is on the Xperia P, but the RAM is different in which only presented with 512 MB. The phone also equipped with 5 MP camera and secondary VGA. This phone is fast enough to run with the operating system of Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which planned to upgrade to ICS.

Another interesting features included on this Xperia U are the SNS integration, Multitouch up to 4 fingers, Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine and 4GB internal storage. There has been question, is this internal storage enough to save files? in which the phone is not included with card slot. Sony Ericsson Xperia X8

On September 2010, the experia family become more complete with the presence of Sony Ericsson Xperia X8. Similiar with the other Xperia, the Xperia X8 is also an Android touchscreen mobile phone built in stylish along with the best features to make it complete and comfortable on our hands.

At first glance, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8 isn’t as tiny as the X10 mini or the X10 mini pro, which it still is on the compact side of Android phones. At 99 x 54 x 15 mm there’s enough room for a 3” HVGA screen. The operating system presented to us is the first android v1.6 Donut, but it has already planned to be able to upgrade to v2.1 Eclair.

For the first time on March 2010 Sony Ericsson released their first Android phone called Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 built with excellent build quality on 4" inch cratch-resistant surface and excellent social networking integration specially to compete the android phones which has spread out on the market on that day.

Even though it has coming with the first OS Android v1.6 (Donut), but now it is able to upgrade to v2.3 Gingerbread in which the specs really did well. The 1 GHz Scorpion with 384 MB RAM are more than enough to run this Gingerbread means it still runs fast on playing music or playing games. For the middle range smartphones it really does compete with the others on the market.

Other features include the 8 MP camera also not let us down with great capturing quality, but so sad it didn't equipped with the secondary camera, so we can't make videocalling. It also not equipped with Radio, which seems so sad to me. But, the connection is almost complete with the bluetooth, wifi, and fast speed connection. Let's take a look inside the phone, below:

Sony Ericsson Xperia ray is relased on August 2011, coming with the amazing features under such an affordable price tag. Apparently Sony Ericsson Xperia ray is Sony Ericsson’s Xperia family used the Operating System of Android in which lately has spread out fast to loose the symbian operating system. This 3.3 inch phone really does a long slim, sturdy Android smartphone with some sharp lines.

Built very dense and the aluminum frame adds an extra level of sturdiness and class, presented with the operating System Android v2.3 Gingerbread and will be able to upgrade to v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Equipped with 1 GHz Scorpion CPU, 512 MB RAM, Adreno 205 GPU, the phone really run fast and elegant. The internal memory storage of 1 GB is more than enough. Furthermore, it has been included with the memory card of 4 GB which mean we should not but it anymore.

The WebKit browser on the Xperia Ray supports Flash 11, though that plug-in won't be getting much more than security updates from here on in. Xperia Arc S (Shophomore) was released on September 2011 as the continuation of Xperia Arch which released on March on the same year. Even though both are on almot have similiar design and both are equipped with amaizing features and best performance, it really needs to look what make Sony to release this Arc S though.

Looking inside the features and specification on Xperia Arc S, this phone really just trying to tie us on their product which means to love the Arc as it is. The Xperia arc S has more to do with publicity rather than adding value. Sony Ericsson are right to want their flagship back into the spotlight. That's what the new version does. Never mind that the familiar deal-breakers are still here.

However, the different of the both are the Xperia Arc S bring some advances include Sony 3D sweep panos: panorama shots that can be rendered on compatible 3D TVs, Screen capture - grab a screenshot anywhere on your Xperia, Enhanced Facebook integration, Swipe text input - works just like the popular Swype, but it's T9 Trace, USB on-the-go functionality (requires Sony Ericsson LiveDock), and much more. Xperia Arc or also known as Sony Ericsson Anzu, Sony Ericsson X12 was released on March 2011 surprising us coming with pure class, a daring display of skill and style. The popularity of its performance, features, and stylish design has been grown up bigger and bigger widely known for such Android lovers around the world.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is great phone, fast, thin and lightweight, sexy looking and very responsive. Presented with the operating system of Android v2.3 Gingerbread, with 1 GHz Scorpion CPU and 512 MB RAM, this phone is really fast running apps inside the phone. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is a sweeping update of the X10. A new generation chipset, more screen estate and a microHDMI port in a well done facelift make the Arc an easy pick even over a Gingerbread-powered XPERIA X10.

However, other features on the phone also make it more considerable not to buy it.
