Obviously there is different with both Tablets, which is on its 3G. Yes, the newest product of Acer called Iconia A101 is now equipped with 3G support to make access more easier for the user. Yet, Iconia A101 has almost same features with its little broter on performance, feature, and style design.

Iconia A101 3G comes with OS Android v3.2 Honeycomb added with dual cortex A9 250 Tegra, and has smaller memory compared to the precious, which only has 512MB DDR2, while the previous has 1GB DDR2. Another spec for Iconia A101 3G is included with 8gb eMMC hard drive which i think its enough to save some files or music. This tablet also equipped with 5MP front camera that bigger than the one on the Galaxy Tab. The HDMI support also makes the user can easily connect to TVs watching videos on much larger screen.

One thing to consider before buying Iconia A101 3G is the battrey capacity which is small only 1530 mAH. I think acer must consider the users when using the tablet in long time needs more battrey. However, this pricey tablet has more than enough to enjoy and accompany us doing our daily tasks, such us surfing the net, reading news, playing games, or enjoying multimedia. LG to Upgrade Their Smartphone to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

South Korean vendor, LG, is preparing to follow their competitor vendor who also from South Korea, Samsung, which was announced first te the users of the availability upgrade to the ext android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the following year 2012. LG also want to follow this step that to provide the ugrade for their products of Smarphones.

However, LG anounced the upgrade will be available starting mid-next year to be able to tasted by all people.

LG explained there were two phases of upgrade. The first will be available in the second quarter 2012 for the smartphones including LG Optimus LTE, Prada phone LG 3.0, LG Optimus 2X, LG Optimus Sol, LG my Touch Q, and LG Eclipse.

Meanwhile, the second phase of upgrade will be available on the third quarter of next year which can be applied to the smartphones including LG Optimus 3D, LG Optimus Black, LG Optimus Big, LG Optimus Q2, and LG Optimus EX.

On the other hand, Samsung and HTC have anounced their products of the upgrade availability to the next operating system on the next year 2012. This was some step of the vendors to spoil their users to be able to taste and feel the newest android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

HTC Smartphones

HTC would have to upgrade eight of the Android smartphone with operating system 2.3 Gingerbread to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich at the beginning of next year 2012.

The Taiwanese vendors are feeling lucky to be able to try both on the operating system, after Samsung Galaxy Nexus launched in November.

"We know how happy HTC's users with Android operating system Ice Cream Sandwich are. So we decided to upgrade to the latest system from Google", quoted from Softpedia.

The phones types that will be embedded with an operating system Android Ice Cream Sandwich is HTC Vivid, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XL, HTC Sensation XE, HTC Rezound, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO Design 4G, and HTC Amaze 4G.

"HTC's latest Vivid will be the first phone to be upgraded to Android Ice Cream Sandwich", he added.

In the future, HTC will soon add some devices to immerse the Android operating system Ice Cream Sandwich. This was done so that HTC did not lose the loyal users who have had previous HTC products.

Seven Mobile Phones of Galaxy will be able update their operating system into Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This of course lucky to those who have these Galaxys.

In the first quarter of 2012, Ice Cream Sandwiches will be present for the Galaxy S II and Galaxy Note. Then, it would be followed by five other products, including Galaxy R , Galaxy Tab 10.1, Tab Galaxy 8.9, Galaxy Tab 7.7, Tab 7.0 and Galaxy Plus. Unfortunately, the Galaxy S which is equipped with a capable harware does not get to the list.

"To upgrade an operating system, Samsung will make a separate announcement regarding the schedule of upgrades in each market, depending on circumstances and the conditions specified operators, "wrote Samsung in his official blog.

The features offered at the Ice Cream Sandwich in between mobile hangouts, recent apps & multitasking. Perhaps, the most anticipated feature is the unlock face , ie facial recognition feature that allows users to open lock your phone just by showing his face to the camera.
