Sony Xperia Tablet: Features Android 4.0, Tegra 3, Plus Surface Keyboard


Sony apparently has planned to release the successor of S Tablet which designed slim and more powerful. This information can be found from a German electronic site states that the Japanese vendor plans to name the powerful tablet as Xperia, a familiar name for current Sony Mobile phones released on the market today.

Tablet Xperia is planned to be equippped with processor quad-core Tegra 3, 3G connectivity, as well as 16 GB internal storage, 32 GB, or 64 GB. The tablet also equipped with 6.000 mAh capacity claimed to be able to supply until 10 hours for browsing via Wi-Fi. Sony Xperia Tablet also runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. As the picture shows that Sony has a plan to show the tablet accessories in the form of keyboard cover which similar with Microsoft Surface.

According to the news, the tablet is expected to hit the market with the price around 449,99 USD and the keyboard cover is priced around 99,99 USD. For further information, this Tablet Xperia probably will show its presence at IFA held in Berlin, Jerman on August 31.
